A BMS designed for heterogeneous cells

Reused cells don't all share the same capacity or internal resistance. A standard BMS, designed for perfectly matched new cells, handles that spread poorly — and throttles the pack. Ours is developed in-house precisely for this.

Active & passive balancing

Compensates for the spread in state of health between cells to maximise the pack's actually usable capacity.

Per-cell monitoring

Voltage and temperature tracked cell by cell, with state-of-charge (SOC) and state-of-health (SOH) estimation.

Multiple protections

Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over/under-temperature. The BMS is the first barrier — see the cell's internal protections (CID/PTC).

Communication & supervision

CAN and RS485 buses, configurable thresholds and data logging to control and supervise your installations.
